Loukoumi Tavern

Loukoumi is the child of Chef/Owner Kostas Avlonitis, who is credited with opening one of the first Greek restaurants in New York City.

Loukoumi Taverna represents simple elegance. When you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by the exposed bricks and rustic wood of our dining room. And when the weather is nice, we open up our secluded patio where you can enjoy your food with a little fresh air. Our menu also highlights our love for simplicity by sticking to the freshest ingredients that bring tantalizing flavors out of each dish. The simplest thing at Loukoumi, however, is the way we treat our guests: with the same courtesy and friendliness we use with our own family.
